Established in 2005 and led by Managing Director Ali Ismail, Maalaa High Rising Construction has spent nearly two decades delivering residential developments, commercial buildings and public infrastructure across the Maldives. What began as a Malé-based contractor has grown into a recognised name entrusted with government projects and large private developments alike.
Today Maalaa is a registered developer under HDC's MyHulhumalé Properties programme and has been contracted for public works including a children's home in F. Nilandhoo for the Ministry of Gender, Family and Social Services. Backed by our own material-import supply chain, we keep projects reliable, on-budget and on schedule.
