Contracted by the Ministry of Gender, Family and Social Services, the Nilandhoo Children's Home is a purpose-built residential care facility designed to provide a safe, modern living environment for children in state care. The project reflects Maalaa High Rising Construction's growing role in public and institutional works across the atolls.
The build comprises residential wings, communal and learning spaces, staff quarters and landscaped outdoor areas — all engineered for island conditions with durable materials sourced through MHC's own import supply chain. Work is being delivered to government tender specification, on a phased schedule with regular progress reviews.
